our new favorite place, which we have been exploring quite a bit with these warmer days. the little guy is sure that it is the deep dark woods. maybe it's as close as we get living on this over developed island, at least on this side of the island. 
spring has brought lots of mud, which he cant get enough of.
and me? I dont mind. I come prepared.
he can sit here all day, and frankly so can I.
there was boat building- this one actually set sail!
this one not so much, but it looked good :)
hanging amongst these OLD old trees, it's like being in the presence of greatness.
becoming sure footed.....
making lots of wishes....
the quiet smells of fresh flowers and earth...
time in our favorite nook.
we can pretty much spend the whole day right here as well, although a hammock would be nice.....
and after the woods, a little race car driving and an afternoon with a dragon.
a good day indeed.
